Border Area Mental Health Services, Inc. has an immediate opening for the following position:
Clinical Nurse Specialist: (CNS) For the Agency’s Deming Out Patient clinic.
Provides direct psychiatric services and consultation to clients referred to the agency.
Assist in treatment strategy, development and planning (on a therapeutic basis) for all programs and other contracted and ancillary services.
Use therapy, prescriptive authority, treatment policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations to treat signs and symptoms of psychiatric illness.
Improve the functional health status of persons who are mentally ill.
